How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $237K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $34.6K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $87.2K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 1,009 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $68/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. BAUART Software is a B2B SaaS & AI product engineering team for founders and businesses that need reliable technology ownership — from architecture and MVP development to production, scaling, and long-term support. You bring the business vision. We take ownership of the technology. No coordinating separate frontend, backend, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps freelancers. You get one accountable team working toward the same product outcome. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝘀 → Architecture first — we define the technical foundation, priorities, integrations, risks, and scalability before expensive development decisions are made. → One accountable team — Product & Architecture, UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and AI engineering under one roof. → Built for production — security, maintainability, integrations, deployment, and future growth matter as much as getting the MVP shipped. → Long-term ownership — we build, support, improve, and scale products instead of disappearing after launch. → Proven SaaS experience — one B2B SaaS client has worked with BAUART for 7+ years, with $1M+ invested in continuous development, growth, and support. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 B2B SaaS & Business Platforms • Multi-tenant SaaS applications • CRM, ERP & workflow platforms • Marketplaces and complex web applications AI-Powered Products • AI SaaS platforms, agents & assistants • LLM applications, RAG & semantic search • AI automation and production OpenAI / Claude integrations Product Development & Modernization • MVP development from scratch • SaaS modernization & legacy codebase rescue • APIs, integrations, features & long-term development 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 Architecture → UI/UX → Development → QA → DevOps → Launch → Support → Scale You don’t need to build and manage a technology department around your product. We can be that technology team. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 Python, FastAPI, Django, Node.js, NestJS, Laravel, React, Next.js, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, OpenAI, Claude, RAG, Stripe & major business APIs. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Founders building serious SaaS or AI products • Companies launching production-ready MVPs • Businesses replacing unreliable development teams • Existing SaaS companies facing technical debt or scalability challenges • Product teams needing additional engineering capacity. Not a fit: $500 websites, one-off fixes, or the cheapest-developer search. Tell us what you’re building, where you are now, and what’s blocking you. We’ll identify the right starting point — architecture, MVP development, modernization, or taking over an existing product.Read more

From the makers of this index
Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
