- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $1.3K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job

- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $113/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
We understand that the success of any digital product lies in its ability to provide a seamless and enjoyable user experience. That’s why we focus on intuitive design, ensuring that every interaction is smooth and effortless. From the initial concept to the final product, we prioritize the needs and preferences of your users, crafting interfaces that are both accessible and appealing. Our team of experienced designers, researchers, conversion rate optimization experts, and developers collaborates closely with you to bring your vision to life. We believe in a user-centered approach, where every decision is informed by comprehensive user research and testing. This ensures that the end product not only meets but exceeds user expectations. Whether you’re looking to launch a new app, redesign your website, or improve your existing digital presence, u&users is here to help. We blend creativity with technical expertise to deliver solutions that captivate your audience and achieve your business goals. Let’s create something exceptional together! 🌟 Our Background 🌟 ✅ 10+ years of UX, UI, and CRO experience ✅ 10+ years of front-end development experience ✅ Worked with over 150 brands and institutions worldwide, including Xero, UNICEF, European Commission, Emirates NBD, Letgo, ContactMonkey, Click&Grow, Toppers Pizza, and more. 🌟 Our Working Process 🌟 Our approach is founded on these main points: ✳️ Onboarding: We take the time to understand your needs. ✳️ Communication: Keeping you updated throughout the process. ✳️ Collaboration: Ensuring a seamless collaboration. ✳️ Great designs: Delivering usable and aesthetically pleasing results. ✳️ Happy clients: Providing high-quality outcomes that meet your requirements. Our working process involves five phases: 1️⃣ Briefing and understanding your needs: Through our questionnaire and a call. 2️⃣ Idea research and brainstorming: Generating and refining concepts. 3️⃣ Visualizing the ideas: Entering the design phase to bring ideas to life. 4️⃣ Validating the ideas: Testing them with users to ensure effectiveness. 5️⃣ Finalizing the design: Ensuring the final product meets your expectations. 🌟 Important Details 🌟 We don’t try to take on lots of projects by outsourcing them. Our main aim is to create great deliverables and valuable outcomes, so we only accept projects within our expertise when we have enough available time slots in our schedule. We strictly avoid submitting deliverables that do not meet our standards of quality. Most of our clients are from the USA and Europe, but we can accept clients from different time zones. You’ll usually receive a response to your messages within a maximum of 12 hours on weekdays. On weekends, we take time to refresh ourselves to stay focused on our projects during the week, but we regularly check our messages to ensure we don’t miss anything urgent. Let’s get in touch to decide the best strategy and pricing model for your needs and budget!Read more

Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
