How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $12.2K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $892
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $45
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $30/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐱 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 - 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐈, 𝐑𝐀𝐆, 𝐌𝐋 & 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 We are Connex Tech, an AI engineering team specializing in production-grade Agentic AI systems, LLM applications, RAG platforms, Machine Learning solutions, and intelligent automation for startups and enterprises. We help organizations move from AI experimentation to reliable, scalable production systems. Our core expertise includes building AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, AutoGen, and custom orchestration frameworks. We design autonomous workflows that can reason, plan, use tools, collaborate across agents, and automate complex business processes. We build advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, and pgvector. Our experience includes document intelligence, enterprise knowledge assistants, customer support automation, AI-powered SaaS products, compliance workflows, and internal productivity systems. Our team works extensively with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Azure OpenAI, and open-source models. We also develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations that enable AI agents to securely connect with business systems, APIs, databases, enterprise software, and external tools. In addition to Generative AI, we develop Machine Learning solutions for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, and intelligent decision-making systems. Our experience includes scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and custom AI/ML pipelines deployed in production environments. Beyond AI, we provide full-stack engineering to ensure AI capabilities are delivered as robust products rather than isolated prototypes. We build scalable backends using Python (FastAPI), Node.js, and modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. On the infrastructure side, we deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, vector databases, and enterprise-grade DevOps practices. From the makers of this index
Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
