About
We are a new and home-grown call center company located here in a peaceful town of Lugait, Misamis Oriental, the last municipality of Misamis Oriental before Iligan City. We are trying to create and boost the IT-BPO Sector here in our humble municipality wherein we can brag that a lot of talents we can produced because of the big Universities and Colleges plus the Community College in every municipality. With regards to power source, we seldom experienced power outages, but as a call center we take the business seriously and to avoid any power shortage, we buy a minimum of 10KVA Diesel Generator as a backup supply just in case power outage arises. We also consider one of the top 3 concern of most of the center, the internet connectivity, so far in our area Globe and PLDT are the key players so we get SME PLDT with 300 MBPS and Globe for 500 MBPS both SME. We make sure that the basic and most important tool in becoming a successful call center is to set properly the main source tool of the business. Talents, Power and Reliable Connectivity. In order to address absences, we put up a small capital to have a small shuttle bus in order to get the agents from their point of destination regardless of any calamities. If in any cases typhoon warning hits, the region we are preparing back up plans in order to address the needs of the business. i-PerTaLuit is always on the top of every concern for the betterment of the business and for the welfare of the employees. We value our agents because they are the one producing revenue and make sure the business is in the right track. We hire agents with experienced at least 6 months in BPO Industries both inbound and outbound and for newbies we selected those who are very good in communication skills and that and system navigation. My Team in the Operations has 10 years, 5years and 8 years experienced in different LOB's and managerial position in BPO. Our Finance and Accounting Department are people who are experts in this field and make sure they follow the guidelines of the company and payout scheme. Overall, we are ready to accommodate all types of campaigns and account both inbound and outbound. We started 15 agents and we are open for any expansion and we can do that in just half a month if we need to add 15 more and a month time if we need to add 30-50 agents.
