How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $7.8K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.2K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $5.1K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 1,025 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $8/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Most businesses don't have a documentation problem. They have a handover problem — the process lives in one person's head, and when that person is busy, sick, or gone, the work stops. VA Genius fixes both halves. We document the process properly, then give you the trained people and the automation to run it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1️⃣ EXECUTIVE & ADMIN SERVICES ▸ Inbox, calendar, and schedule management ▸ Travel coordination, meeting prep, minutes ▸ Data entry, file management, CRM updates ▸ Business & banking support — accounting, reconciliation 2️⃣ MEDICAL VA ▸ Patient scheduling and intake ▸ Clinic admin and front-desk support ▸ Insurance verification, provider calendars ▸ HIPAA-conscious documentation 3️⃣ EMAIL MARKETING ▸ Campaign setup and automation ▸ List segmentation, sequences, funnels ▸ Kit.com, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo ▸ Tracking and reporting 4️⃣ DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ▸ Social media management and content ▸ Canva graphics, campaigns, engagement ▸ Lead generation (Apollo.io) ▸ Analytics and reporting 5️⃣ SOP WRITING & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ▸ SOPs from a screen recording, document, or live shadowing — 150+ delivered across 10+ industries ▸ Repositories in Notion, ClickUp, monday.com, Trainual — navigable structure, not orphan folders ▸ Frameworks — roles, hierarchy, ownership, review cycles ▸ Automation — self-routing intake forms, SLA dates, one-click approvals, AI drafting. Our own intake runs nine automated workflows with zero manual entry. 6️⃣ TRAINING & ONBOARDING — our differentiator ▸ VAs recruited and interviewed in person at our Philippines base ▸ Structured one-week onboarding before client work ▸ Face-to-face coaching with scheduled feedback cycles ▸ Loom, Scribe, handbooks, training paths We are not a résumé-forwarding service. It's why our placements stick. 7️⃣ LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT ▸ Managed Teams — below direct-hire cost. Trained staff under our management. A Director of Operations owns quality, coverage, and performance — you carry no recruitment or cover risk. ▸ Coaching & Consulting. Leadership coaching, HR process build, accountability sessions. Systems fail because nobody is held to them — we fix that. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏱ HOW IT RUNS Requests come through a form into a tracked queue with a delivery date. 10 SOPs/week (shorter), 5 (longer). Friday cut-off, Monday delivery. Response within 24 hours. 🌏 Clients across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Tell us what you're working with and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.Read more

From the makers of this index
Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
