How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $1.7K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $2.0K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $124
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $4/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Most owners I talk to have the same week. Every lead, quote, approval and late invoice still waits on them, and the tools they pay for don't talk to each other. The Nomad Ops builds AI systems and automations for growing businesses, and I work beside founders as their fractional COO once the systems are running. The systems take the routine work off your desk, and the decisions stay with you. Two fixed-price installs most clients start with: Speed-to-lead. Every website inquiry, lead email and missed call is read, checked for fit and answered in a draft in your voice within about a minute. You approve it from your phone. Follow-ups go out on day 2, 5, 9 and 14 and stop the moment the customer replies. You get a weekly report on how fast every lead was answered. AI Operations Setup. You probably already pay for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. I make it run your business: your prices, procedures, customer rules and voice written down so the AI can use them, connected to the systems you actually run on (CRM, job software, phone, website form), with clear rules on what it can send and what waits for you. You get a morning brief, meeting notes turned into actions, and an inbox that drafts its own replies. When a connection breaks, I fix it. What the work has done for clients: A cleaning company's crew payroll went from over 80% of revenue to 46% in one quarter, and owner involvement dropped about 90%. A private lender's loan servicing was built from scratch, with automated borrower emails, insurance and tax lapse monitoring, and a register that tracks the 90-day window after every payoff. A YouTube production operation ran 60 to 80 videos a month across 20+ channels, then moved to 5 focused channels with better quality and margin. My own desk runs on the same system. At 6:15 every morning it reads my calendars, inboxes and project files and hands me one ordered list. It drafts. I decide and send. I do not deliver alone. I work with a small bench of operators I have recruited, drilled and tested for exactly this kind of work, so if this grows you are not starting another search. Send a message with the one thing that keeps landing on your desk, and I'll tell you honestly whether one of these fits.Read more

Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
