How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $6.6K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $244
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $5.5K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 151 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $26/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Local SEO, GEO and AEO for service businesses that want more calls and booked clients. We put you in Google's Map Pack and in the answers ChatGPT and Gemini give, so ready-to-buy customers find you first. Someone near you searches for the service you sell. Google shows three businesses in the Map Pack. ChatGPT and Gemini hand out their own shortlist. Your competitors get those calls because they're easier to find, and if your name isn't on the list, your phone stays quiet. Pexnet has been fixing that for local service businesses since 2016. Our whole focus is local search for businesses that earn from phone calls and booked appointments. If you sell online nationwide or run an enterprise brand, we're probably not the right fit. WHAT YOU GET - More qualified leads. We judge our work by calls and booked jobs, and we report on those first. - A spot in AI answers. AEO and GEO help ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews recognize and recommend your business. - A reputation that closes the deal. People read your reviews before they call, so we help you earn more of them and respond to the rest. - Growth that lasts. We build up your Google Business Profile and your website's authority so results hold through Google updates. INDUSTRIES WE WORK IN Healthcare and wellness: dental, orthodontics, dermatology, podiatry, optometry, plastic surgery, therapy practices, med spas and treatment centers. Home and property services: restoration, carpet cleaning, moving, cleaning companies, flooring, painting, siding, fencing, pool service, junk removal, towing, solar, self storage and security companies. Professional and financial: law firms, financial advisors, insurance agents, mortgage brokers, architects and managed IT providers. Hospitality and local: hotels, photographers, florists and funeral homes. Every industry gets its own playbook. A homeowner searching after a burst pipe at 2am behaves nothing like a parent comparing orthodontists. We build your campaign around how your customers actually search. HOW WE GET YOU THERE - Google Maps: Google Business Profile optimization, Map Pack SEO, NAP and citation management, local rank tracking - AI search: GEO, AEO, AI search visibility, local schema markup, entity and brand building - Your website: local keyword and intent research, on-page and technical SEO, landing pages, content strategy, link building and digital PR, competitor SERP analysis - Turning visitors into clients: review and reputation management, conversion rate optimization HOW WE WORK Analyze your business → Build your plan → You approve → We implement → Weekly or daily reports → Monthly growth report START HERE Message us your website and the city you serve. Within 24 hours you'll get a free audit showing where you rank in the Map Pack, who's outranking you, whether AI tools mention your business, and a fix list ordered by what brings calls fastest. No obligation. If the audit shows you don't need us yet, we'll tell you.Read more

From the makers of this index
Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
