How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $14.0K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.7K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $13.7K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 248 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $67/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Botsmyth builds automation that survives production — enterprise RPA, AI-driven workflows, and system integrations for teams who need a manual process to just run, every day, without anyone babysitting it. The name says RPA. A good share of what we ship now doesn't look like RPA at all, and that's deliberate: we start with the process, not the tool. WHAT WE BUILD Enterprise RPA — Blue Prism and UiPath solutions designed as systems, not scripts: resilient exception handling, real logging, clean orchestration, and architecture that still holds up when the pilot becomes 40 processes. AI-powered automation — LLMs and AI tooling applied where they actually belong: document and email processing, unstructured data, and the judgment steps that used to force a human into the loop. Integrations — CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms connected through APIs; browser automation and data extraction for the systems that never got one. Rescue work — inheriting fragile bots that fail nightly and turning them into something you stop thinking about. HOW WE WORK Every engagement is led by our founder, Andrew Randolph — Top Rated Plus on Upwork with 118 contracts delivered, formerly Senior RPA Consultant at Accenture and a software engineer at SS&C Technologies and Liberty Mutual. He scopes the work himself and stays on it; vetted specialists scale around him when a build needs more hands. You get honest scoping before you spend anything. If your process is better solved with an API call or a short script than a full RPA build, we'll say so first. You also get documentation and work your team can maintain after the contract ends. Based in Tampa, Florida. US hours, US contracts, no timezone gymnastics. STACK Blue Prism · UiPath · AI/LLM APIs · REST APIs & system integration · VB.NET & scripting · Zapier and low-code · Browser automation & data scraping · CRM, ERP, and email automation A GOOD FIT IF You have a repeatable, rules-heavy process quietly eating hours every week — or an automation estate that has outgrown whoever set it up. We're not the cheapest team on this platform. We're the one clients bring in when the last build didn't stick. Send us the process you want automated and you'll get a straight answer: whether it's worth automating, what it would take, and what it would save.Read more

Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
