How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- —
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $346
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $2.4K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 36 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $76/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
We are Conimex IT, a software team based in Belgrade. We build custom web and mobile applications in Laravel and React. The kind of systems that replace spreadsheets, connect to warehouses, or turn a founder's idea into a working product. We are a Laravel Community Partner, listed in Laravel's official partner directory. Our stack is Laravel and React on the web, React Native for mobile, with AI integration where it adds real value, not as a buzzword. What we typically build: E-commerce platforms made to handle real scale. One client went from a few hundred customers to tens of thousands on the same infrastructure. ERP and order management systems for trading and logistics companies. Our founder comes from a trading background himself, so these projects get scoped by someone who understands operations, not just code. IoT dashboards and control systems. Our founder is an electronics engineer by training. We've built everything from GSM irrigation controllers to MQTT-based monitoring systems. AI-powered automation. Customer support bots, document processing, workflow tooling. Practical tools that cut cost and time. A recent example: a Western European e-commerce retailer running Laravel and React. We ran an AI-driven SEO audit and took their score from 39 to 94. Organic traffic grew 60%+ in the weeks after. The same audit pipeline now ships with every long-term engagement that has growth as a goal. The agency is led by Zoran Stankovic. On Upwork, Zoran has earned $200K+, holds 100% Job Success, and has completed 100+ projects. His longest engagement was 4 years with the same client, migrating their entire MS Access system to a modern Laravel web application. Zoran handles architecture and lead development on every project. For larger builds the team adds frontend and QA, so nothing stalls while he's on a call with you. We work with clients worldwide, communicate in English, and prefer longer engagements where we can actually understand your business. If you have a project that needs more than a WordPress plugin, something custom that has to work reliably at scale, let's talk.Read more

Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
