How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $94.2K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $4.1K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $1.4K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 39 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $22/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Web Research Services (WRS): Engineering Affiliate Growth. If you’re hiring for outcomes, not overhead, WRS is your partner. For over 21 years, we’ve built and scaled affiliate programs across eCommerce, SaaS, finance, wellness, pets, beauty, iGaming, and services, delivering $4.1B+ in client sales. Led by founder Siddharth “Sid” Samel, who holds four affiliate-recruitment patents (three published, one pending), we don’t guess at growth; we design it. Our approach blends precise recruitment, fast activation, rigorous compliance, and clear reporting so you see measurable wins early and often. We start with a practical strategy and audit: commission modeling, terms, funnel and conversion-rate enhancements, and competitive gap mapping that identifies immediate revenue levers. From there, we run precision recruitment at scale, targeting competitors’ top partners, niche publishers, creators, media buyers, and content sites, and sending roughly 120 targeted outreach messages each week. We don’t just add partners; we equip them to sell with 24-hour approvals, onboarding kits, promo calendars, ready creative, newsletters, and co-marketing support. Once partners are active, we tune the machine. Expect structured incentives and smart tiering, placement negotiations, exclusives, AOV and conversion lifts, and systematic reactivation of dormant partners. Brand safety stays tight through manual reviews, trademark and policy enforcement, fraud checks, and ongoing QA. Communication is simple and fast, with clean weekly reporting that explains what happened, why, and what we’re doing next. We’re fluent across Impact, CJ, Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize, Impact, Everflow, HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, Voluum, and custom stacks. In the first 30 days, you’ll see an actionable roadmap, a pipeline of high-intent partners with warm intros, and an activation plan that moves numbers now. Typical outcomes include faster approvals and more active partners in weeks one to two; higher AOV and conversion through stronger offers and placements; reactivated long-tail revenue you’ve been leaving on the table; and cleaner data with fewer reversals, building real trust with publishers. Engagements are flexible: monthly hands-on management, sprint projects for audits, launches, relaunches, and program recoveries, or hybrid support for in-house teams. Clients choose us for our owner mindset, we treat CAC, LTV, and margins like our own, our blend of speed and control, and our signal-over-noise reporting. With 600+ programs launched or scaled across the U.S., EU, MENA, and APAC, we know how to align incentives, partners, and processes to compound revenue. If you want a team that owns the number, speaks plainly, and shows wins fast, let’s talk. Share your program URL and network, and we’ll map a no-fluff 30-day plan tailored to your goals. Let us connect over a complementary meeting.Read more

Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
