How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $20.4K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $2.3K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $2.4K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- —
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
If you need copy that produces sales, not just clicks or compliments, you’re in the right place. I work with two types of clients: • Businesses launching a new offer that need sales copy that performs • Businesses with existing pages, funnels, or emails that need higher conversion In both cases, the goal is the same: More revenue without guessing. My work is grounded in proven persuasion methods that have already generated thousands—and in some cases millions—in additional sales, across different markets and offer types. No hype. No trends. Just what consistently moves buyers to act. What I Work On For new offers- Sales pages, VSL scripts, Email sequences, ads, webinars, funnels built to convert from day one For existing offers-Improve conversion on current sales pages, Identify and fix leaks in underperforming funnels, Strengthen clarity, structure, and buying momentum Everything is written with one purpose: move the buyer forward and earn the sale. How I Approach Copy Before writing a word, I focus on: What your buyer must believe What they must clearly understand What must happen before asking for the sale Then I write copy that follows that sequence — so the decision to buy feels natural, not forced. This approach works whether you’re starting from scratch or improving what already exists. Selected Results “Frank out-converted four other copywriters by 50%.” — Garrett Durham, CEO, Limbic Group (Silicon Valley) “$1.8M in sales from a $30K monthly ad spend.” — Janet Johnson, Janet E. Johnson Agency “$178,000 in course sales in three months from a new offer.” — Karl Domm, CEO, Real P&L “Record-breaking quarterly sales.” — Tony Smith, USA Today Travel Division Next Step If you want copy that’s built to convert — whether it’s your first funnel or an existing one that needs to perform better — let’s talk. I’ll tell you quickly if I’m a fit.Read more

Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
