How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $75/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $200
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- —
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Sarah is the founder and director behind Digital Fox. With a background as a Pay Per Click (PPC) specialist and bolstered by a Master's Degree in Psychology, her journey began in Germany and has since unfolded across the globe, with roots now planted in South Africa. She is bilingual in both English and German, which has expanded her horizons and allows her the ability to work with a wider-range of clients. Since embarking on her digital marketing voyage in 2014, Sarah's passion for PPC has not only driven her but also led to the inception of Digital Fox in 2018, a proud Google Partner. Sarah's expertise lies in crafting and managing PPC campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Chat Ads, Twitter/X Ads, and Amazon Ads. With a deep understanding of conversion tracking, web analytics, and a Google Ads certification to her name, Sarah's approach is both strategic and results-driven. The outcomes speak for themselves: campaigns under Sarah's leadership often achieve a Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) exceeding +10, and she has consistently halved the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for lead generation businesses within just three months. This effectiveness has fostered lasting relationships, with many clients continuing to choose Digital Fox for over five years. Among her portfolio, Sarah has led notable campaigns including the South African launch of H&M, Luno's global introduction, as well as projects for Thrifty Car Rental, Harley Davidson South Africa, BOS Brands, Mauritius Tourism, Mama Money, and others. At Digital Fox, we're not just about PPC; we're about pioneering strategies that deliver the exceptional results our clients deserve.Read more

Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
