How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $43.2K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.4K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $61.5K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 599 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $113/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
My Motion Guy is a Video Production and Animation Company in the top 3% around the globe. We work with SaaS, tech, and AI companies, B2B teams, creators, and founder-led personal brands on explainer videos, product demos, corporate videos, video ads, podcasts, long-form videos, and short-form content. 300M+ views, 3,000+ projects, 50+ industries, 98% on-time delivery. We're rated 4.9 on Clutch and earned 4 Top Clutch awards in 2026. TRUSTED BY BRANDS BIG AND SMALL Perplexity, Cursor, Gamma, Forbes Advisor, Hilton, NMDC Energy, Miami Worldcenter and the International Trade Centre, plus many more. FOUR SECTIONS OF WORK - Explainer Videos & Product Demos. Complex idea in. Clear story out. - Long-Form & Corporate Videos. Raw footage in. A refined story out. - Short-Form & Social Videos. One shoot in. A month of content out. - Performance Marketing Ads. Brief in. Client-ready out. We do 2D animation and video editing, both under one roof. You get one senior team from first call to final file. That's our founder, Shahzeb Hassan, plus senior animators, editors, designers and sound people. HOW PROJECTS RUN - Scoped to the job, not to a rate card. You get a fixed quote before kickoff and it doesn't move unless the scope does. - Kickoff lands within 24 to 48 hours after you approve the scope. - Your feedback, versions, approvals and files live in one client portal. - There's no retainer to sign and no notice period to serve. 92% of our clients stay because they want to. We believe motion without emotion is just noise. We're based between Dover, Delaware and Istanbul, and we're available 18 hours a day across US, European and Asian business hours. Send us a message with your project. Talk to your motion guy, not a sales rep.Read more

From the makers of this index
Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
