How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $259/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $374
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- —
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Watch me, get to know who you might hire: https://www.loom.com/share/c6f99b5dd18043d78b3ba054829b7ef6 AFFILIATE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, PARTNERSHIP MARKETING AND PUBLISHER RECRUITMENT I'm Phil Norris. 28 years in affiliate marketing, 30 in Ecom, 15 in influence/creator partnerships. On Awin since 2011, plus Impact, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Partnerize, PartnerStack, Tapfiliate, Post Affiliate Pro, Refersion and Social Snowball. HONESTY. I don't like agencies. They're not bad because they want to be. They're bad because of how you were sold, onboarded on a promise nobody could keep, by a senior name you never saw again. Months later you're paying a retainer for a playbook, a monthly deck, and about four hours of that expert's actual time. No contract, no term, no games. No promises either, I'll tell you what's wrong and what's possible, that's it. If we don't do a good job, you leave. That's your flexibility, and it means we earn the next month, every month. WHAT WE USUALLY FIND 96% of the programmes we audit have issues the brand didn't know about. Commission tiers built beautifully with zero publishers on them. Unregistered codes killing transactions. Validation at 37 days, strangling recruitment. Hundreds of approved publishers who've never generated a click. 60-84% of revenue sitting with five partners, one leaves and the quarter goes too. One beauty client had $38k in untracked revenue. Recovered. PRICE Most agencies bill top-expert money every month whether you need an expert or not. Our own tech, AffiliateMarketing.Express (AME), runs a 400-point audit and turns every finding into a prioritised task list within 24 hours, nominated for Best Technology in Affiliate Marketing 2026. AME is not a strategist. It does exactly what most brands need done before they need a strategist on top. You start where your budget and situation actually sit, often a trained manager executing the AME list at a fraction of retainer cost. As traffic and revenue grow, that revenue funds the expertise. We move you UP the scale when the programme genuinely needs it, and back DOWN in cost when the team can run it. TRACK RECORD 563 programmes, 42 countries, 86% retention. Everlast, Cosabella, SuperJeweler, LingQ, Systeme.io, Innovet, ChefPaw, P.S. Fashion, Manners London, ellaparadis, PurtyBody, Be.Green. • Everlast — 285 publishers, 220% revenue across 8 EU markets in 6 months • ChefPaw — zero to six-figure monthly revenue in 90 days • LingQ — 35% of new subscriptions at 55% lower CPA than paid search • PurtyBody — $35K month one, $45K month two, from scratch • Manners London — 400% ROAS, influencer-affiliate hybrid Fashion · Beauty · Supplements & wellness · Pet · Sports & fitness · B2B/B2C SaaS · EdTech · Home & garden · Jewellery & gifting · Food · Intimate wellness · Finance Reques youe free Audit and task list, what you do with it is up to you. Climb this table, on purpose.
Upsight watches every new job in your categories, scores fit against your past wins, drafts the proposal in your voice and submits it from your agency login in minutes, then follows the reply all the way to the contract. The agencies at the top of this index bid early and bid well. That is the whole trick.
