How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $4.5K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $2.9K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $16.7K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 119 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $163/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
NODE23 builds and operates custom AI Employees for work that still lives between inboxes, spreadsheets, APIs and internal rules. We turn recurring operational work into bounded systems that research, decide, coordinate and deliver inside a clearly defined role. The best fit is work that needs context, judgment, multiple tools and a human approval boundary. We design the role, connect the data, build the agent loop and document the system so your team can operate it. Core capabilities: - Claude and OpenAI agent systems - MCP servers and secure tool integrations - RAG and internal knowledge systems - API integration, data pipelines and browser automation - Full-stack internal tools in Python, FastAPI, Next.js and React Adrian Chiru is Top Rated Plus on Upwork with 100% Job Success and $20K+ earned. Public work includes VaultMind, an MCP server indexing 5,475 documents with sub-second retrieval, and production agent systems across operations, research, acquisition and content. The working model is simple. We pick one role with meaningful operational friction, define what the system can access and where humans approve, then build and test it on real work. You get the working system, clear documentation and an explicit handoff.Read more
