How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $8.3K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $4.5K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 36 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $42/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
We build software for people. We build it to solve challenges that piss people off. Broken workflows? Useless internal tools? Processes held together with duct tape and spreadsheet sorcery? That’s what we fix. We talk to your people. We follow the mess. And then we build tools so obvious and intuitive they will never need a manual written by a sad robot. We do clarity, friction-killing UX, and features that earn their keep. And yes, people like using what we make. We like that too. Apps with soul. Built with care. Backed by ears that actually listen. Mission We build web and mobile apps your team actually wants to use — not because they were forced to, but because it makes their day less stupid. From discovery to rollout, we stay locked in on one goal: Make the software so natural, no one thinks about it — they just get things done and don’t need a training session just to find that damn “export” button. Vision We believe tech should serve everyone — not just the ones with Notion tattoos and Chrome extensions for the sake of Chrome extensions. While tech races toward whatever’s shiny and new, we stay focused on what matters: tools that feel natural, scale with your team, and, most importantly, don’t leave behind those who aren’t sure which button to press. That’s how our software earns trust — not with code, but with clarity, consistency, and care. Core Values Let’s do this without the LinkedIn fluff: - Talk like a human. If we can’t explain it simply, we shouldn’t be building it. - Ask the dumb questions. They’re the ones that save projects. - Build what matters. Features that don’t solve real problems are just overhead. - Own our work. We’ll show you the ugly bits. That’s how trust happens. - Be a partner. We’re not here to take orders. We’re here to make it better. - Design for everyone. If your intern can’t use it, it’s not finished.Read more
