How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $19.5K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $13.5K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $18.5K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 600 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $73/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
👋 IT Flow AI is a boutique AI product studio led by me, Ilya Prudnikau. I’m a hands-on AI Developer and SaaS Architect with a Master’s degree background in AI and Data Science, currently pursuing a PhD in AI. Over 8 years of experience in full-cycle AI Solutions & SaaS Development and 65+ delivered projects underline my ability to ship production-grade software. 📌What we do best is end-to-end ownership of AI products and automation systems: — AI SaaS from MVP to production (reliability, scalability, clean architecture) — workflow automation that removes manual work and makes decisions repeatable — scoring and decision pipelines (data → score → action) with explainability in mind — production RAG / AI search (ingestion, retrieval quality, citations, guardrails) — voice and agent workflows where the value is the process, not a “chat UI” ☝️We’re boutique by design. That means senior-led delivery, direct communication, and full accountability. I stay personally involved in architecture and the critical path — the parts that usually break when real data, integrations, and production constraints appear. 📌How we typically work: We align on outcomes first, define “done” upfront (acceptance criteria), and deliver in fixed milestones. You get a clear plan and predictable delivery cadence, with transparent scope control when changes are needed. The goal is simple: keep delivery calm, quality consistent, and progress measurable. I and my team have only 5-star reviews ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💬 “Ilya and his team did an excellent job building our AI SaaS HR system. They delivered the UI/UX design, an Angular frontend, a Python / FastAPI backend, and an AI layer that supports workforce management.” — Erica Johnson, USA 💬 “Ilya turned our early Python scripts into a full ESG AI SaaS: crafted the FastAPI backend, wired a RAG search on FAISS, plugged GPT-5 for answers, and shipped a polished React chatbot. He flagged architectural risks before they surfaced—if you’re building a GenAI product, call him.” — James Zhang, Netherlands 💬 “Ilya joined us as a Generative-AI expert: fine-tuned SDXL LoRA on RunPod, exposed an auto-scaling image-gen endpoint, and delivered a complete TTS + voice-cloning pipeline that our team now uses daily. Deep knowledge and rapid delivery.” — Brett Gol, Canada 💬 "Thanks to Ilya for developing the MVP of my AI-powered SaaS. He proved himself as an excellent AI Engineer and Full-Stack Developer, proposed a clean UX design, and built a solid backend with Python and FastAPI and a frontend with React and Next.js." — Dmitri Dalla-Riva, Australia 💬 "Thanks to Ilya for his help as an AI developer on this project. I’d be happy to work with you again if you need anything!" — Stefan Neubig, Germany You can see the full overview in my Work History on my Profile (Ilya P.) 👇 🤝 If you’re building an AI product and want it shipped properly — with production readiness and a clean handover — we’re a strong fit.Read more
