How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $2.8K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $2.0K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $1.8K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Brady UX is a product design studio led by Brady Starr (Top Rated Plus, 100% Job Success). We take products that feel fragmented, dated, or hard to explain and make them clear, consistent, and ready to build. Every project goes out under one standard: if it doesn't meet the bar, it doesn't ship. That's the whole promise. WHAT WE DO - UX/UI for web and mobile apps - Product strategy and MVP definition - Design systems that developers can actually build from - UX audits: what's broken, why, and what to fix first - Build support, from design through to a working product - Ongoing design retainers WHO WE WORK WITH - Founders who need a senior design partner, not just screens - SaaS and platform teams whose product grew piece by piece - Agencies who need senior product design without a full-time hire HOW IT WORKS Brady leads every engagement and reviews everything before it reaches you. Specialists on the team pick up build and production work, so you get senior judgment and the capacity of a team. RECENT WORK Morningstar (enterprise live-monitoring UX), Yard (multi-tenant platform, live at yrd.homes), TasteOS (live on the App Store), Bild Media (40+ community sites).Read more
