How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $3.4K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.3K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $27
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $75/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
We currently have one opening to work with a mental health therapy practice owner who would like to grow their business, reduce their time & stress, serve more people, and become financially stable. We do intake coordination, run payroll, create streamlined systems and processes, track metrics, hire, onboard and train therapists, and provide consulting on all aspects of running a therapy business. This frees up the practice owner's time and mental space so they can do what they do best: help people achieve better mental health. Why work with Confident Private Practice? *Because your clients are waiting too long for replies and not booking a session on the first call, and you want them to trust that your practice is the best place to meet their therapy needs. *Because if you or your intake coordinator is out of the office, everything falls apart. You need anyone to be able to jump in and do a job without running around looking for the information. *Because as fast as your therapists are getting clients, they're losing them, and you need procedures in place to retain clients. *Because you know that having good financial information can help you make good business decisions, but you want to be a therapist, not an accountant. You need someone to help. *Because you're getting calls from potential clients who don't match the services you offer, and you need your website to send a cohesive message that attracts your ideal clients. *Because payroll is a constant source of stress, and you just want it handled and to know there's enough money in the bank to cover it. *Because you want to grow your business, but you're afraid that will just grow your headaches. You need to feel confident that you can hire more therapists and things will go smoothly. *Because you aren't sure if your clients are happy, and you need surveys to measure your clients' satisfaction and identify areas of improvement for your therapists. *Because you're not sure what your front facing staff is saying to potential clients, and you're not sure why they can't consistently convert clients. You want them to represent your practice's values, and to convert leads to clients. Let us help and become a Confident Private Practice owner!Read more
