How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $8.4K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.6K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $7.6K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 199 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $46/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Hello! My name is Ruslan, founder of Duck Agency. We’re a small team that builds quick and reliable systems to help businesses cut down manual work, reduce errors, and scale faster. I started Duck Agency after years of seeing how companies struggle with scattered tools and messy workflows. Our mission is simple: understand your process, design the right system, and deliver a solution that works in real daily operations – not just in presentations. 📊 A few examples of what we’ve built: • Recruitment CRM for 100+ recruiters – automated candidate pipelines, client tracking, and bonus management. Replaced 5 tools with one streamlined solution. • Merch production platform – Airtable + Shopify + QuickBooks + Bubble module for mockup approvals. Reduced errors by 70% and cut weeks of back-and-forth communication. • Call center automation for 100+ employees – automated scheduling, payroll, bonuses, quality scores, and live dashboards. Saved managers 30+ hours weekly. • Travel agency system – Airtable with custom interfaces and export to PDF/Excel. Improved client communication and saved 100+ hours monthly. • Short-term staffing solution – Airtable + Telegram bot + mobile app. 4,000+ worker registrations, automated job matching, and applicant history tracking. • AI-powered tools – from CV builders and marketing content generators to real estate search agents and scrapers. Helping clients get smarter insights and automate tasks that used to require manual work. 💡 What clients value most: • Reliability – clear communication and steady delivery, no disappearing acts. • Practical solutions – systems designed for real teams, not just “for show.” • AI + automation – we don’t just connect apps, we also implement AI where it adds real value. • Long-term support – many clients stay with us for months or years as we keep improving their systems. Why Duck? 🦆 Because we just love ducks. They are cute, calm on the surface, and paddling hard underneath – just like us when we deliver projects. Quietly working hard so your business looks smooth and effortless. We’ve seen how the right setup – with automation and AI – can transform a business: saving money, reducing stress, and giving teams the freedom to focus on growth. That’s what we deliver at Duck Agency. If you’re looking for a partner who cares about your business as much as you do, let’s connect. I’ll be glad to learn more about your needs and show how we can simplify and scale your operations together.Read more
