How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $381/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $128
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $627
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 13 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Most automation projects fail the same way: you pay upfront, you get a tool nobody uses, and the agency disappears. We built emel to work the other way around. PAY AFTER DELIVERY. Every phase of every project is demonstrated live, working, before an invoice exists. $0 upfront, fixed-price milestones you approve after seeing the result, and the first month of maintenance free. If we don't deliver, you don't pay. We are an AI automation agency: done-for-you systems — full-code, low-code, or no-code — built, wired into your business, and run until they work without you. We only recommend building a system when the math clears roughly 10x its cost. If the numbers don't work, we tell you so and stop. You've bought clarity, not a promise. We test everything on ourselves first. Our own company runs on the systems we sell: incoming documents read and filed by machine, client deliverables produced in hours instead of days, every lead answered in minutes instead of the next morning, and a daily one-page briefing that replaces hours of status meetings. When we automate your workflow, we are repeating something we already run daily — not experimenting on your business. HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS 1. AUDIT — one week, fixed price. We map your workflows and hand you a ranked, ROI-ordered roadmap: what to automate, in what order, what each system costs, and what it should return in months one, two, and three. Written clearly enough that any competent builder could execute it — even if that builder isn't us. Continue with us and the audit fee is discounted from the build. 2. BUILD — fixed-price milestones. One workflow automated end to end, demoed live before each milestone is approved, delivered with the SOP and a training video so your team owns it. 3. RUN — monthly. We maintain the system, improve it based on real usage, and add one new automation every month. Three outcomes, measured in numbers, not adjectives: get more clients (a lead answered in 5 minutes converts up to 100x better than one answered in an hour — we build the systems that answer in 5), deliver faster, save money. We don't sell a niche and we don't sell a tool. Whatever your industry, the expensive problems look the same: leads that wait, documents that pile up, follow-ups that get forgotten, reports that eat your evenings. Those are the problems we automate. Send us your messiest workflow. The first call is free, 30 minutes, and you'll leave with at least one automation worth doing — whether or not you hire us.Read more
