How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $228K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $8.4K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $82.5K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 701 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $93/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
About Us We founded Flexy Global to help businesses grow by designing user-friendly and beautiful products that actually work. Flexy Global is made by founders, for founders with love. We're partners who've been in your shoes: we built a mobile app, scaled it to 500,000 MAU, and successfully sold it to a US unicorn. We know creating a product people love is an art, a science, and a craft. This firsthand expertise is why we treat your project as our own. We believe great design isn't a feature—it's the core of a product, and we apply this philosophy to help you dominate your niche. The financial impact of design is indisputable. According to Forrester, on average, every $1 invested in UX brings $100 in return—a staggering 9,900% ROI. This belief is shared by the world's most visionary leaders, who built empires by placing great design at the core of their entire business strategy Over the last several years, we have focused on leveraging AI across our workflow to streamline our processes and enhance our overall impact Our Values Our core value is transparency, driving genuine partnership and mutual trust.
