How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $6.2K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $3.3K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $2.6K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 533 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $6/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Building a reliable pipeline today takes more than just effort it takes the right systems. We’re a growing outreach team focused on appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, and virtual assistance, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered workflows and automation. While we’re new on Upwork, this isn’t new work for us. We bring 5+ years of hands-on experience helping businesses turn outreach into real conversations and booked calls. What makes our approach different is how we combine human communication with smart technology. Instead of relying on manual, inconsistent processes, we use AI and automation to streamline outreach, improve follow-ups, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—without losing the personal touch that actually converts. Here’s what we focus on: • Booking qualified appointments, not just generating leads • Consistent, structured outreach powered by automation • Real conversations supported by data and smart workflows Our core services: • Appointment setting (cold + warm outreach) • Cold calling and outbound campaigns • Lead generation and qualification • Virtual assistance (with automation support) • CRM management, tracking, and workflow setup Our edge: • Tech-driven systems that save time and increase consistency • AI-assisted workflows for outreach, follow-ups, and task management • Human-first communication that builds trust and gets responses • Flexible support as you scale We’re actively building our presence on Upwork and offering flexible rates for long-term partnerships while we grow. If you’re looking for a team that understands both outreach and the systems behind it we’d be a strong fit.Read more
