How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $1/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $5
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
📢 New on UpWork but Fastest growing 📈 team in Australia & India for providing IT Products, App & Web Development/ Design & Marketing Agency with a 'creative streak' | Google Certified Agency. 100+ Happy & Returning, Global Clients. We are a small team of 30+ professional experts, specializing in complex WordPress/ WooCommerce projects since 20012. Our 10+ years of IT background/ experience allow us to create complex, out-of-the-box websites and themes. We mostly do projects related to the development of WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. We also do website fixes related to tasks/ projects. Memorable aesthetics, precision code, and exquisite craftsmanship. This is our formula for professional web design and development. 👉 ITneeds vs. other Agencies? ========================== It's simple. We're a team of go-getters with a spark of genius. In each project we undertake, we strive to achieve that “Eureka!”🛀 feeling. A feeling you get when countless hours of deep thoughts & carefully planned precise efforts, pay off. Our Area of expertise includes developing of custom WordPress and WooCommerce themes, sites, and plugins. We have extensive experience developing different types of websites like - Portfolio, Company, Product/ Service Listing eCommerce websites, and real estate. ✅ We have worked on real-time projects in diverse business domains. I have good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodology which helps in building “High-Tech” solutions for end users and results in low maintenance costs. ✅ We are completely flexible to project demands and shifting priorities. I thrive in unfamiliar situations and enjoy opportunities to learn and gain exposure to new ideas and experiences. I am open and willing to learn whatever is necessary to accomplish my client's goals. Mostly we prefer developing custom-coded lightweight and fast-performing themes and avoid using third-party laggy themes as a website base. This also allows us to achieve Pixel's perfect website layout using PSD/ Sketch/ XD designs that our client provides us. 🤝 COMMITMENT: We don't accept projects that we can't finish or we're not sure we can complete successfully. If you start working with us you won't be in a situation where a project is done for 90% (for personal or lack of skills reasons) and you have to look for another developer to finish it. Sometimes I see projects like that when looking for new projects. Our clients have NEVER experienced a situation like that with us. If you're interested in an honest and reliable partner we're here to help with your projects. To sum it up, if you are tired of "simple", it's time to try "super" - and that's us - ITneeds 💯. 💭 Get in touch with us today, and let's chat about how we can add value to your project 💭Read more
