Insights
How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $100.0K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $2.8K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $94.1K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 13,662 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $8/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Kim provides AI-managed customer support for ecommerce brands. We help growing brands handle customer emails, tickets, chats, order questions, returns, refunds, shipping issues, and escalations through our Sentinel model. A Sentinel is a trained customer support agent who is supercharged with AI. This means your support is still handled by a real human, but AI helps with: - Faster ticket understanding - Faster response drafting - Better grammar and tone - More consistent answers - Faster resolutions - Escalation detection - FAQ and macro improvement This gives brands the best of both worlds: the judgment of a human support agent and the speed and consistency of AI. We are a good fit for brands that need their first support agent, half-agent coverage, one-agent coverage, or overflow support without building a large internal team. Our support model is designed to reduce response time, improve customer experience, and take support management off the founder’s plate.Read more
