Insights
How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $238K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $12.4K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $9.8K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 73 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $137/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰. They’re underperforming because revenue is leaking across the customer journey. We identify and fix those leaks—across conversion, AOV, retention, and pricing. So your existing traffic generates significantly more profit. If your store is doing solid revenue but margins aren’t where they should be, there’s almost always hidden opportunity we can uncover quickly. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗼 We don’t just build or “optimize” Shopify stores. We analyze your store as a profit system: • Traffic quality • Conversion behavior • Average order value (AOV) • Customer retention & LTV • Pricing and offer structure Most agencies focus on one piece. We look at how all of them interact—and where revenue is being lost. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 We start with a Shopify Profit Audit / Revenue Leak Analysis. This is a structured diagnosis where we: • Identify the highest-impact revenue leaks • Quantify the opportunity (what it’s costing you) • Prioritize fixes based on ROI • Map out exactly what to change This gives you clarity before committing to larger work. 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 Clients usually come to us when: • Traffic is strong but conversion is underwhelming • Revenue is growing but profit isn’t • Paid ads are expensive and not compounding • The store “looks fine” but underperforms After optimization, we typically see improvements in: • Conversion rate • Revenue per visitor • AOV • Customer retention • Overall profitability 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 Most Upwork freelancers fall into one category: • Developers (build things) • CRO specialists (run tests) • Marketers (drive traffic) We sit above that. We focus on how the entire system produces profit 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 If you’re unsure where the biggest opportunity is, start with a Profit Audit. It’s the fastest way to: • understand what’s actually limiting growth • avoid wasting money on random optimizations • focus only on high-impact changesRead more
