How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $13.0K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.4K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $8.8K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 45 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $320/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
MTYS is a packaging and brand design studio working with premium beauty, supplements, drinks and food brands around the world. We're a small senior team (no juniors learning on your project). Our creative direction comes from ten years inside L'Oréal and Estée Lauder, and our work has been recognised at the Pentawards (winner 2025, shortlisted 2026) and at Paris Packaging Week, where our creative director was named a Future Leader. What we deliver • Brand Foundation — identity, brand book, core applications • Brand + Packaging — strategy, identity and packaging design for your core range • Full Brand World — naming, extended range, launch assets, photography direction • Ongoing design partnership for brands shipping new SKUs regularly Why studios like ours get hired You get award-level creative with a direct line to the people doing the work. We move faster than a network agency, we price transparently, and we hand over production-ready artwork your manufacturer can run with (not concepts that fall apart at the printer). Tell us about the product and where you want it to sit on shelf. We'll come back with an honest view and a clear scope.Read more
