How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $43.4K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $18.3K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $69.2K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $715/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
You built a company that no longer needs you in every deal. That was the goal. Then the reports stopped making sense. Somewhere between 100 and 300 people, growth outruns visibility. Revenue now lives with unit leaders, regional heads, or the divisions you acquired. Each one runs their piece well, but their piece only. Pipelines don't roll up. Forecasts arrive in different formats and none of them reconcile to what finance booked. Marketing says leads are up, sales says quality is down, and delivery is already staffing for a number nobody trusts. Leadership meetings turn into debates about whose spreadsheet is right. You know the revenue is out there. You can't compare it, forecast from it, or steer it. MergeYourData exists for this exact moment. We build the revenue operating layer that lets leadership see every unit, every pipeline, and every owner side by side, without pulling control back to the top. Your leaders keep their autonomy. You get the picture. What clients tell us they got: • Clear sight of how short the pipeline actually is, months before it shows up in revenue • A forecast leadership can make hiring and capital decisions from, with confidence • One definition of a lead, an opportunity, and a customer across every division, brand, or entity • Executive reporting that reconciles to finance and holds up in front of a board, a lender, or a buyer • A way to spot where revenue still depends on the owner or a single rainmaker, and a plan to change that How we work: We start by scoring your organization, not by building anything. Our diagnostic measures how much of your revenue leadership can actually see and control versus how much is held inside units or individuals. You get a scored picture of where you are and what to fix first. Execution follows the roadmap. Most clients tell us the diagnostic alone named problems they had felt for years but never seen laid out. You're a fit if you: • Lead a company in the 100 to 300 person range, or run several companies under one roof • Have capable leaders running units you can't compare on the same terms • Are consolidating after acquisitions, a reorg, or a growth spurt that broke the old reporting • Need numbers that hold up outside the room they were made in • Have tried to hire for this and found that nobody combines the technical build with the business judgment You're not a fit if you need a single automation or a CRM cleanup. We do our best work on the architecture, the operating model, and the executive layer. Send us a note with how many units you run, how many pipelines feed them, and what you can't see today. We'll tell you what it takes to see it.
