How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $44.5K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $5.9K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $25.8K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 230 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $50/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Most dev teams disappear after launch. Our two longest clients have kept us for 2+ years — 1,200+ and 350+ hours each — because we treat their product like our own. Neo Development is a senior team from Lviv, Ukraine (EU timezone, comfortable overlap with US mornings): Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and headless CMS — Sanity, Payload, Strapi, Astro. Top Rated Plus, 100% Job Success, $100K+ earned across 28 projects. WHO WE HELP - SaaS founders and product teams who need senior engineers, not bodies — including regulated domains: 2+ years maintaining a React medical application, UI work for a LegalTech SaaS. - Companies with a live product that needs hardening, performance fixes, or a team that answers the same day. - Teams adopting AI-assisted development: we ship with Claude Code daily and have coached client engineers on testing and agentic workflows. WHAT WE DO - Next.js / React product development — MVP to production, design systems (Storybook, Tailwind). - Headless CMS & content platforms — Sanity, Payload, Strapi, Astro: builds, migrations, pre-launch audits. - Ongoing product engineering — monthly retainer with same-day response instead of hire-and-pray. - DevOps for everything above — CI/CD, Vercel, AWS, Azure. WHAT CLIENTS SAY "A+ work. Highly recommended." — admin panel for a US client, $10.6K "Clear, quick turnaround… We will work with them on our future projects." — mobile web app, $3K HOW ENGAGEMENTS START Most clients start with a fixed-price Pre-Launch / Codebase Audit (1–2 weeks): you get a prioritized report and a plan. If you like how we work, we stay on as your product team. Typical engagements: $5K+, $50–75/hr. When you reach out, include a link to your product and what's blocking you — you'll get an honest technical assessment within one business day, not a sales pitch.Read more
