How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $7.7K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $4.6K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 10 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $28/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
NESL-IT | The ROI-Driven AI Agency | Agentic Workflows, Enterprise RAG & AI SaaS Stop chasing AI hype. Start building AI ROI. Most businesses are stuck in the experimentation phase, burning tokens on simple ChatGPT wrappers. We help startups and enterprises move past the prompts and into the world of Agentic AI and Autonomous Workflows. With a combined Top Rated Plus status (Top 1% on Upwork) and over $200k+ earned, our agency specializes in bridging the gap between a cool demo and a production-ready system that handles thousands of concurrent users and complex data pipelines. 🚀 Why We Are Your Strategic AI Partner -> Expert-Vetted Quality: 100% Job Success across 200+ projects. We don't just write code; we architect solutions. -> Production-First Mindset: We specialize in the Last Mile of AI, solving for latency, token costs, hallucination management, and data security. -> Agentic Specialization: While others build chatbots, we build Agents, systems capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution. 🛠 Our Core AI Specializations -> Agentic AI & Autonomous Workflows: Utilizing LangGraph and CrewAI to build agents that think, plan, and execute (HR automation, sales prospecting, customer support). -> Enterprise RAG Systems: Building secure pipelines to chat with your data (PDFs, SQL Databases, APIs) using semantic chunking and advanced retrieval techniques. -> AI SaaS Architecture: End-to-end development of AI-first products, focusing on scalability and cost-optimization (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Gemini). -> Cognitive Automation: Replacing manual, high-volume business processes with intelligent LLM chains. 📈 Proven Impact: Case Studies -> Built an industry-leading AI engine generating personalized, SEO-optimized business sites in <30 seconds. -> Architected a system automating candidate screening for thousands of resumes, cutting admin overhead by 60%. -> Developed a secure, HIPAA-compliant wellness platform allowing patients to query medical data, improving info accessibility by 40%. -> Developed a LinkedIn/Email networking tool using LLMs to craft hyper-personalized messages, resulting in a 3x increase in response rates. 💻 Our Tech Stack Models: OpenAI (o1, GPT-4o, Realtime), Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet), Google Gemini, Llama 3.1. Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGPT. Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Supabase Vector. Ops & Eval: Ragas (Evaluation), Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, Semantic Chunking. Automation: Custom Python Scripts, Make.com, Zapier. ❌ We are NOT a fit if: You want a basic wrapper app with no custom logic, or you prioritize the lowest possible price over system security and reliability. ✅ We ARE a fit if: You need an elite team to architect the brain of your next major business evolution.
