How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $268/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $200
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $170
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Next Wave Outsourcing (NWO) provides multilingual customer support and sales professionals who don’t just represent your brand; they help grow it. What makes us different is simple: we combine outsourcing with structured training and coaching. Our agents are not only selected for skill and professionalism, but continuously developed to improve communication, conversion performance, and customer experience. We don’t believe in static teams; we build performance-driven teams that evolve with your business. Our multilingual pool (English, Dutch, Spanish, and French) allows you to serve multiple markets efficiently without hiring separate regional teams. This makes us a strong partner for companies expanding internationally or looking to strengthen their global customer presence. Every interaction is handled with a dual focus: customer satisfaction and commercial impact. We identify opportunities to upsell, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value while maintaining trust and brand integrity. When you work with NWO, you gain more than remote staff. You gain a trained, coached, multilingual extension of your team focused on measurable results.Read more
