How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $28.3K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $2.2K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $6.2K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 11 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $37/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Senior-level web design studio. AI first, design-led, engineer backed . Web design, product design, and custom software — designed, built, and maintained by one team. Brand, websites, ecommerce, and web apps, handled end to end by senior designers and engineers. What we do: • Design — brand identity, web design, product and UI/UX design, and design systems. • Build — marketing websites, ecommerce stores, web apps, and internal tools. Built in code, not page builders. WordPress done properly, or a framework when the project calls for it. • Maintain — we keep sites fast, secure, and current: updates, backups, monitoring, and a team on call for changes, all on a predictable monthly plan. • AI transformation — Put your old website on ai-rails. We upgrade your project to ai-first and provide trainings to your team of how to work with ai-first website design. Some of the work: • AstraZeneca — built an internal marketing platform with publishing, categorization, and performance tracking in a single admin panel. • Nasdaq Private Market — built a public company directory with data pipelines powering thousands of pages. • InsuraTec (InsurTech) — positioning, brand, and a modular WordPress site; launched the homepage in three weeks for a conference, then the full site in ten. • The Farm Soho (NYC coworking) — rebuilt the site and SEO system; organic traffic doubled in six months, reaching #1 in the city for "virtual mailbox" and "virtual office." • Polaclub (ecommerce) — rebrand and rebuild on a custom WordPress theme; organic traffic increased by 276%. • InheriNext (genomics SaaS) — brand, website, and information architecture for a US market launch, backed by a new SEO program. 100+ projects launched. Clutch 5.0. Top Rated Plus on Upwork. Who you work with: the people on the first call are the people doing the work. Norml is led by founders Max Tymoshyn (engineering) and Zhenia Mohyla (design and strategy), with a senior team of designers, developers, SEO specialists, and QA. US leadership, Ukrainian team. No hand-offs, and no junior work dressed up as senior. Send us your site or your brief, and we'll tell you what we'd do and how we'd do it.Read more
