How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $17.1K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $3.0K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $6.8K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
NOVA is a marketing agency run by its two founders, David and Anna, Top Rated Plus and Top Rated on Upwork, with a team of 10+ behind us. Three things, end to end: influencer and UGC campaigns, social media management, and paid media on Meta, TikTok and Google. Clients in the US, UK, EU, LatAm and Brazil, in English, Spanish and Portuguese. • Anna de Keizer spent 10+ years in Europe running digital marketing and eCommerce for companies like Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe and SST, and she started as a designer, so she sees the creative before the client does. • David Barbosa is an engineer with an MBA in marketing and 7+ years in the field, so he sees the numbers. We founded NOVA on that mix: design on one side, analytics on the other, and a team that ships every week in between. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🤝 INFLUENCER AND UGC Led by Anna, with recruiting and production behind her. ▸ 16 brands with creator programs in 2026, nine running right now ▸ 6,000+ creators in our funnels, 13,000+ prospected, about 420 contracted, 50+ countries ▸ Micro to 1M followers: UFC fighter Polyana Viana for an energy brand ▸ SCRL: 16 creators on branded accounts, 1,510 reels and 640,000 views in 8 weeks ▸ Shopify, through Whalar (one of the largest influencer agencies in the world): local creator partner for the TikTok x Shopify campaign in Brazil ▸ Athletes and creators we have worked with: Nicholas Meregali (443K followers), Spinardi, Gabriel Silva (Anderson Silva's son) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📣 SOCIAL MEDIA • Strategy, calendar, scripts, reels, design, community, monthly report ▸ 8.7M views and 28,000 new followers across the six Instagram accounts we run (Jan to Oct 2026) ▸ 9,000 to 25,900 followers this year for a luxury villa in Jamaica ▸ 182,000 accounts reached by one reel for a Cozumel villa, 3,500+ new followers, no paid push ✓ Every post goes through our client portal: you see it, comment and approve in one place ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎯 PERFORMANCE • Meta and TikTok ads, Google Search and PMax, tracking set up before we spend ▸ Under $2 a lead on Meta, consistently; 2x to 5x ROAS on sales campaigns ▸ 205 leads in three weeks at about $1.35 each for US group-stay properties ▸ 400 conversions a week at under $2 each on Google Ads for a wholesale retailer ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✅ HOW WE WORK ✓ You deal with David or Anna directly. The team handles production. ✓ ClickUp plus a client portal, so nothing goes out without your approval. ✓ Fixed monthly packages, month to month. Contracts and payments through Upwork. ✓ Also available: creative, email automations, landing pages. 📬 NEXT STEP Tell us the brand, the goal and the channel. We come back with a clear scope and price.Read more
