Insights
How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $79/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $100
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
OSYSTIC is a founder-led software engineering agency focused on AI/ML systems, data products, trading technology, and production-ready backend platforms. We work with founders, traders, startups, and technical teams that need more than basic development. Our focus is on building model-driven software, clean APIs, reliable data pipelines, dashboards, trading tools, and cloud-ready systems that can continue after delivery. The agency is led by Shawaiz, founder of OSYSTIC, who stays directly involved in architecture, planning, communication, and quality review. This gives clients the execution capacity of a team with the technical judgment of a senior engineer. Then we break the work into a clear delivery plan, identify risks early, and build software that is clean, maintainable, and ready to continue after delivery. Send us the problem you are trying to solve, and we will give you a straight answer on the best technical path forward.Read more
