How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $39.0K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $7.0K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $21/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Passion Fruit Solutions installs the systems, teams, and AI your business runs on, integrated like a real team, not a stack of freelancers. Elite LATAM talent placement, operations infrastructure, and AI-augmented workflows. Top Rated Plus on Upwork, 20+ teams placed across 6 industries. Growing a business should not mean drowning in it. Most founders who find us are stuck doing the work they should be delegating: hiring, managing, firefighting. Their operations run on memory and hustle, and they know AI belongs in the mix but not where to start. We run operations for you in three tiers. Each one compounds the value of the one before it. TIER 01, HIRE Elite Latin American operators, vetted and placed to integrate like real team members, not freelancers. Skills assessment and culture-fit interviews, a 30/60/90-day onboarding plan, a 90-day replacement guarantee, and payroll and weekly invoicing handled. US and LATAM timezone aligned. TIER 02, BUILD Everything in Hire, plus the operations layer that makes talent compound. Custom SOPs and process documentation, KPI dashboards and reporting cadences, hiring and onboarding playbooks, and department management where we run it and you oversee outcomes. We work in your existing stack: Asana, Notion, Slack, and more. TIER 03, SCALE Everything in Build, plus AI integration that multiplies your team's output. AI workflow audits and opportunity mapping, custom GPTs trained on your business, automated reporting, summarization, and triage, and hybrid human + AI SOPs your team actually uses. The operational moat. HOW WE WORK We are embedded, not transactional. Senior operators who have built and scaled businesses, not staffed-up juniors. We measure success by your KPIs, not our hours. We learn your stack before we recommend anything, roll out talent, systems, and AI in parallel, and show weekly progress. Then we keep optimizing, or hand off clean. No surprises. WHO WE WORK WITH Solo founders making a first hire, up to growing businesses around $25M in revenue. No minimum, readiness to delegate matters more than revenue. WHAT CLIENTS SAY "Laura built a complete system that raised awareness of KPIs by company, by market, and more. The Laura Cruz system has helped grow dozens of companies on a shared contract that has almost doubled revenue in 19 months." Board President, RMDA "Their VA placement has been a huge support to our operations, and I am impressed by the quality of talent. They offer different levels of service, making it easy to find the right fit." CEO, Meals Now Fleet "They helped me create clear workflows and SOPs that brought much-needed structure. If you need help streamlining your operations, this is the team to call." REALTOR, Align Ready to build a team that actually works?
