- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $2.3K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job

- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $49/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
It all goes back to the year 2008 when the company started off in a small rented house. It was a time when the digital landscape of Kerala (God's own country) was just beginning to bloom, and Raj decided to take a leap of faith, leaving behind a secure, high-paying job to follow his passion for IT. With a vision for the future, he dived right into the growing digital world, and from this ambition, Varthalokam, the first online Malayalam news portal in Malappuram, was born. To fast-track the development of Varthalokam, Prolanx IT Solutions was set up. Under Prolanx, the team took on various software development and web-related projects to raise capital and finance the operations of Varthalokam. However, after the sad demise of the chief editor, the operations of Varthalokam came to an unexpected halt. This setback didn't stop the team, though. Prolanx went through a significant transformation, evolving into what we now know as Riosis, one of the leading full-service web solutions and digital marketing companies, serving clients worldwide across various sectors. How did this happen? Perhaps destiny, but certainly driven by a deep passion to innovate and excel. "We believed in adding beauty and purpose to the digital space. We hired creative people and motivated them to build solutions that simplified operations, elevated experiences, and engaged people. We are deeply indebted to the sweat and sleepless nights they have put in; today, we have offices in India, UAE, and the USA, along with more than 2000 happy clients from across the world. When you strive to ensure that your customers are provided with what they came for and beyond, there's no way you can go wrong, it definitely pays off." - says Rajaneesh Vijayan, Founder of Riosis Group. In 2020, Raj took up a new challenge as a Business Growth Consultant, helping clients bridge the gap between business objectives and technical adoption. By combining strategic insights with technical expertise, he ensures businesses make informed decisions that drive long-term success. His expertise in aligning technology with business goals has enabled many organizations to optimize their digital strategies and scale effectively. Now, after 17 years of growth and evolution, we stand as a testimony to resilience and commitment. We couldn't have done this without the love and support from our clients who always inspired us to think outside the box. We are truly grateful for the trust they have placed in us, and we will continue to inspire with awe. After two years of presence under the Dubai DSO license, we have now entered the UAE Mainland under the name Prototype IT Services. We believe there are more people out here who deserve the quality of service and support we provide, and we see this as an opportunity to reach them, learn, and expand well beyond.Read more
