How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $6.0K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.9K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $0
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $738/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Your YouTube channel should do more than exist. If yours has videos but brings no clients, we can tell you why, and fix it. Purple Fish is a YouTube strategy and production studio based in Málaga, Spain, founded in 2018 by Natalia Pisano Fernandez and her brother Martín Pisano. We help B2B companies and personal brands build YouTube channels that grow authority, attract the right audience and generate pipeline. We work in English and Spanish with clients in the US, Europe and Latin America. We started in animation and motion graphics, producing video for B2B brands across the US and Europe. Clients kept asking us to help with their YouTube channels, not just the videos. So we built the system to do both. Most company channels exist but do nothing. Videos go up, views stay flat, no leads come from it. That's usually not a production problem. It's a strategy problem. We fix it end to end and cover the three layers a channel needs: - Strategy: who the channel is for, which series to build, what each video has to achieve - Operations: keyword research, scripting, editing, motion graphics, titles, thumbnails, SEO and publishing - Analysis: monthly reporting on what reaches buyers, and what changes next Who we work with: B2B SaaS, tech, industrial and professional services companies, plus experts, consultants and personal brands who want their channel to carry their authority. Some of the work behind this: - A one-year full YouTube channel management contract for Veracode - An 18-video educational series for Mincon, an industrial drilling manufacturer - Historia Sorprendente, a Spanish-language channel that grew to about 272K subscribers and 56M+ views This is not a freelance service. It's a small studio with a dedicated team. What we don't do: social media management, paid ads or generic content marketing. If your channel has videos but no results, send us the link. We'll reply with the first 3 things we would change.Read more
