How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $32.1K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.9K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $24.9K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 1,376 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $21/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Launch your affiliate program or turn an underperforming one into a stronger sales channel. Searlco’s specialist team handles affiliate and creator recruitment, activation and ongoing program management. Your initial call will be with Jay Sangha to discuss fit, your goals and the scope of support. WHERE PROGRAMS LEAK Affiliates who never sell. Coupon sites claiming credit for sales you already earned. Outright fraud. Network fees that bill whether anyone performs or not. And every month it drifts, competitors recruit the publishers who should be selling for you. WHAT WE DO Full service affiliate program management on Awin, Impact, TikTok Shop, CJ and Rakuten. Publisher recruitment aimed at partners who actually convert. Activation campaigns that wake dormant affiliates. Fraud screening on every payout. Influencer and creator partnerships, including TikTok Shop. HOW OUR TEAM WORKS Jay Sangha leads our initial scoping and commercial discussions. Day-to-day delivery is handled by an account lead and specialist team, with senior oversight from Andy Reeve. We agree the delivery lead, responsibilities and reporting in your scope before work starts. RESULTS, NOT ADJECTIVES Revenue grown by up to 700%. A program taken from 2 active publishers to 100+ in a few months. 300% year over year growth. A 93.4% lift in active affiliates from reactivating dormant partners. Since 2022: 4.68M individual sales, 120M+ clicks, $11.4M in legitimate commissions paid resulting in $72.2M in Sales Value generated. THE FRAUD QUESTION The reason most brands distrust affiliate marketing is fraud, so we treat it as a core service: 12,683 fraud cases stopped before they touched payouts, $3.5M kept in margin instead of leaking out. HOW WE CHARGE Our managed engagements combine a management fee with performance compensation agreed around the scope and economics of your program. Affiliate commissions, network fees, creator fees, samples and paid placements are separate costs where applicable. We explain the proposed scope, commercial terms and total budget before you commit. NEXT STEP Send your website, current affiliate platform or launch stage, and the result you want to improve. Jay Sangha will join your initial call to discuss fit, priorities, scope and investment.Read more
