- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- n/a
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job

- Average contract value to date.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
You're done trying to figure out UGC and influencer marketing yourself, and you should be. You know your DTC brand needs creator content to grow. Competitors have it. Your Meta and TikTok ads are starving for fresh creative, and your CPA keeps climbing. But no one in-house has the time or system to run it, so it stalls. Here's the truth: your customers don't trust ads. They trust people. Polished, AI-made creative only gets more expensive and converts less. What sells is content that looks like a recommendation from creators your audience already believes. You don't need another agency that hands you a menu and disappears. You need a team that owns it. That's Sharksfluence. We embed into DTC eCommerce brands ($500K–$5M/yr) and run two channels end-to-end, weighted equally: INFLUENCER MARKETING: real influence, real results Vetted creators, proper briefs, tracked results. We run your entire program from first outreach to final report: sourcing, vetting, contracts, content review, posting, whitelisting, Spark Ads, and ambassador & affiliate programs across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with UTMs, codes, and a shared master sheet so ROI is measurable. Every creator comes through your accounts, so the relationships and content stay yours. UGC AD CREATIVE: content your customers actually believe A steady pipeline of ad-ready UGC built to perform in your ad account, not just the feed. Custom briefs per creator and angle, edits with native hooks and variations built with your media buyer, plus raw footage on request, fresh creative that lowers CPM and beats fatigue, not three tired videos on repeat. HOW WE RUN IT 1. We get into your brand's head, strategy and roadmap, approved before we source a single creator. 2. Creators found. You approve. Product ships. 3. Briefed, filmed, checked, cut if it's not good enough. 4. Delivered monthly, better every time, aligned with your paid-ads team. WHY DTC BRANDS KEEP US • Ownership, not a menu: we run strategy, sourcing, briefs, management, and reporting end-to-end, so you stop firefighting. • Everything stays yours: every creator, contact, and asset belongs to your brand. Nothing leaves with us. • Total accountability: we sit in your Slack, update you twice a week, and chase creators daily. You always know where things stand. ⚡ 50+ brands · 🌍 US · UK · EU · 🏆 Top 1% talent · 📅 5+ years combined · 📱 IG · TikTok · YouTube We've done this across beauty, skincare, wellness, apparel, supplements, and pet care and serve fashion, home & kitchen, and lifestyle brands too. BEST FIT: DTC eCommerce brands doing $500K–$5M/yr on paid social that want a steady pipeline of UGC ad creative and a properly managed influencer program run by a team that delivers from day one. Message us with your brand and where your creator program is stuck. On a short discovery call, we'll map exactly what it should look like, and you'll leave with a written action plan, whether we work together or not.Read more
