How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- n/a
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- n/a
- Average contract value to date.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
I'm Nitin Chetwani, a solo senior Python and AI engineer working under STR Softwares LLP (Top Rated Plus, 100% Job Success, 2,000+ hours on Upwork). I build and maintain LLM agents, RAG pipelines, FastAPI backends and data and scraping systems for startups and small businesses, and I do the work myself, end to end. What I do - Generative AI & LLM applications (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini): design, prompt engineering and evaluation - AI agents & RAG systems: retrieval pipelines, vector databases and tool-using agents - Python backend & API development: FastAPI, Django and Flask, built, tested and deployed reliably - Full-stack web: React and Next.js on Python backends - Data pipelines & web scraping: ETL, scrapers and reporting automation Selected work - Skreen: AI candidate-screening platform running multiple interviews in parallel through an LLM evaluation pipeline - GeoX AI: backend modules and bulk-data APIs for a property-risk platform covering about 160M US properties - UnBotify AI: humanized-text SaaS built end to end on FastAPI and React How I work I ship in small weekly milestones you can run and verify, and I log, monitor and test from day one. Hourly or milestone-based. I reply within 4 hours. Send your repo, your current architecture and what you need next, and I'll tell you what's fragile and what I'd do first.Read more
