How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $539/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $210
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $383
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Fractional procurement that executes. I do your procurement, not just advise on it. Strategic Supply Group gives growing companies a senior procurement operator without the six-figure salary. I step into your business, take ownership of sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing execution, and deliver results you can measure in landed cost, lead time, and supply risk. What clients get: Supplier identification, qualification, and RFQ management (recent example: a nine-supplier RFQ scored across a 24-criteria weighted matrix) Direct factory negotiation, domestic and international. I have negotiated with manufacturers in China, India, Mexico, Slovakia, Italy, The Netherlands, and others. Tariff and trade compliance: Section 232, Section 301, IEEPA, and HTS classification, including duty exposure modeling that has quantified six-figure tariff risk for import-dependent buyers Inventory and purchasing systems work inside your ERP: Epicor Prophet 21, NetSuite, SAP Ariba, Infor SyteLine Vendor consolidation, cost reduction, and supplier scorecards built for how your team actually operates Track record: 25+ years in industrial procurement, most recently managing 321 vendors and 13,000+ SKUs across $16.5M in annual spend. CIPM and COBAF-P certified. Author of two published books on procurement and supply chain, and host of the Inside the Supply Chain podcast. Category experience: raw materials (steel, iron, copper), industrial hardware and rigging, wire rope and lifting equipment, arborist and life safety equipment, synthetic fibers (nylon, polyester, polypropylene), component-level electronics and electromechanical assemblies, high-tech and microwave manufacturing, apparel and consumer goods, construction materials and supplies, packaging, and manufacturing equipment. If you need procurement done, not just discussed, let's get to work.Read more
