How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- n/a
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- n/a
- Average contract value to date.
- Realised hourly
- n/a
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
Upshot is your company's key to increasing your revenue and success! You will meet the best sales agents, appointment setters, and telemarketers through us. And, more than skills, the agency believes that great character leads to greater results. As a result, we only invite people who are dependable, innovative, passionate, and hardworking people. We believe in the value of INTEGRITY. Hiring people remotely can be risky for some because you may be paying a freelancer for an unknown outcome. In our agency, we only hire those who have a proven track record of client success. The key to a harmonious relationship with clients is dependability and responsiveness, so we make certain that each of our reps possesses these qualities. We are a team of expert vetted contractors who decided to leverage Upwork as our next dominating platform. Contractors in our agency are the best! They have 5-10 years of call center experience, and have handled customer service, sales, telemarketing etc. Majority of them are COLD CALLERS, APPOINTMENT SETTERS AND REAL ESTATE INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE. They have worked on many projects before and have helped many clients achieve desirable results. Healthy working relationships, enthusiasm, integrity and insightful ideas for growth are what we can always offer aside from what we can do. Don't hesitate to reach out with us anytime. You are one step away to solving your problem. All Best, UpshotRead more
