How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $20.1K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $704
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $1.1K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 2 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $180/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

About
WE TURNED ONE SHOPIFY BRAND'S BLACK FRIDAY INTO A $220K DAY 📈 📈 📈 📈 WELLMADE is a Sydney-based email marketing agency for Shopify brands doing $20k–$50k+/month. Klaviyo automations, strategic campaigns, loyalty programs; built to convert, tracked against real revenue. Hey! We're WELLMADE. A Sydney-based email marketing agency that's a little obsessed with turning Shopify brands' email lists into their most reliable revenue channel. We're not a full-service agency that does email on the side. Email is the whole thing. Klaviyo, Omnisend, automations, campaigns, loyalty programs; we live in this space every day and we're genuinely good at it. We work with established Shopify and Shopify Plus brands who are ready to treat email like the serious growth channel it is. The kind of brands where email should be driving 30–40% of revenue and it's not quite there yet. That's exactly where we come in. 📈 𝙎𝙊𝙈𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙐𝙇𝙏𝙎 4.8x Black Friday growth | $46k → $220k year-over-year $65k revenue generated in a single 3-hour flash sale (with a database of 12k active subscribers) $10k+/month in passive revenue from automation flows alone 🔧 𝙒𝙃𝘼𝙏 𝙒𝙀 𝘿𝙊 (𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙇𝙊𝙑𝙀) Klaviyo & Omnisend email retainers: Campaigns designed, written, and scheduled monthly with full revenue reporting Automation setup & optimisation: Welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, browse abandonment, win-back Loyalty program design & integration: Growave, Yotpo, LoyaltyLion and beyond Campaign strategy & execution: Launches, flash sales, seasonal pushes Email audits: Revenue leaks found, fix list delivered List Growth: Increase your database size Shopify SEO Audit & Implementation 💡 𝙒𝙃𝙔 𝘽𝙍𝘼𝙉𝘿𝙎 𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙊𝙎𝙀 𝙒𝙀𝙇𝙇𝙈𝘼𝘿𝙀 Klaviyo Partner & Shopify Partner: we know these platforms inside out Expert-Vetted agency on Upwork: independently assessed, not self-declared We understand ecommerce growth strategy AND execute beautiful creative Sydney-based team (AEST) available for both project-based and ongoing retainers Industries: surf and lifestyle, wellness, homewares, fashion, and beyond If your email channel isn't performing the way it should, send us a message - we'd love to take a look.Read more
