How these are computed- Run-rate, measured
- pending
- Needs two observations at least 14 days apart. Our next read of this page turns this on. Nothing is extrapolated from a single contract.
- Lifetime pace
- $8.9K/yr estimate
- Lifetime earnings divided by years on Upwork. A floor on historical pace, not a forecast.
- Earnings per job
- $1.1K
- Average contract value to date.
- Recent earnings, per Upwork
- $3.0K
- The "recent" figure Upwork attaches to the directory card, with 366 recent hours. Upwork does not publish the window, so it is shown as its number, not ours.
- Realised hourly
- $7/hr
- Total earned over billed hours. Fixed-price work inflates it; compare with the rate card.

My journey in customer support has encompassed diverse roles, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of client needs and effective problem-solving. For the past three years, I had the privilege of serving as a Customer Support Representative at Ifuniture New Zealand, where I became deeply immersed in the furniture industry. My commitment to delivering prompt, personalized, and effective solutions has been a constant throughout my career. Throughout my five years in customer support, I have refined my communication skills, honed my ability to empathize with customers, and mastered the art of problem resolution.
